Delete Account — Pettxo

This page explains how users can request deletion of their Pettxo account and associated data. Pettxo is operated by Pettxo Private Limited.

How to Delete Your Account

Users can request account deletion directly from within the Pettxo mobile app.

  1. Open the Pettxo app.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Delete Account or Account Deletion.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your request.

What Data May Be Deleted

After an account deletion request is processed, Pettxo may delete or anonymise personal account data such as:

  • Name and profile information
  • Email address and phone number
  • Profile photo
  • Social posts, comments, and user-generated content where legally and technically possible
  • Notification tokens and account preferences

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained where required for legal, security, accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or regulatory purposes. This may include:

  • Booking records
  • Payment and refund records
  • Invoices and financial records
  • Provider verification records
  • Dispute, moderation, or safety-related records
  • Audit logs required to protect users and the platform

Retained records are kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are usually reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. Some retained records may remain for legal, accounting, safety, or dispute-related reasons.
